Ofsted and SIAS
Ofsted
We had an Ofsted inspection in June this year and you can read the full details by clicking on the attached document.
Some of the highlights from the report are captured below:
"the school nurtures its pupils well and they develop as delightfully courteous and confident individuals"
"numerous interesting initiatives have contributed to pupil’s outstanding understanding of how to stay safe"
"teachers manage classrooms with great competence so there is a pleasant, co-operative atmosphere"
SIAS
In addition to Ofsted, we received an inspection under the Statutory Inspection of Anglican Schools - the full report will be added shortly.
The overall summary from the report stated:
"Norton-in-Hales is a very happy primary school where there is a strong commitment to meeting the needs of each individual. Pupils are motivated, articulate and very well behaved. They are nurtured in a Christian atmosphere where the care, concern and respect for others has a high priority. The staff, governors and vicar are developing an effective team to take the school forward."
